This is Ashlyn Rae. She was born to my brother and his wife this morning at 7:56 am. She was a healthy 8 lbs 2 oz and 20 1/2″ long.
I wish I could have been there. She was born in Southern California and I’m stuck up here in Nor Cal. After Baz Biz, I think I’m going to have to make a trip down just to snuggle this little angel! Gorgeous, ain’t she?

Cripes, she’s as big as my 2 month old (literally! I mean, same length, and only 11 ounces smaller). She’s adorable, though and I love the name. I babysat an Ashlyn when I was growing up.
