I have my Yeti finished but the pattern isn’t written up yet due to a horrendous sinus infection. I am also leaving for Hawaii on Sunday for a week, so I may or may not have it up before I leave. You’ll be the first to know!!

I have been working on the Yeti…he’s about 60% done…head+body complete…just needs his extremities and he’s done! I am pretty hopeful for a Tuesday release.

Tuesday is also a big day for me because Pimp Stitch will be opening…so all of us are stitching our little guts out and this was my most recent finished stitchery:

He’s my little Bunny Boy. I have a few more “boys in costumes” coming with him…I think they’re cute…I hope you guys do too. Someone told me that they look like my dolls in 2D…I thought that was so cool. I hope that they do.

I’ll also have a free embroidery pattern coming out that day…It’s called “The Party’s Over”. I thought it was funny since we have been doing party themed projects all month and mine is the last in the series. I think it’s a really cute stitchery too…I’m working on it right now.

I also hope you guys aren’t bothered by all the embroidery talk lately…but I’m so excited about it!

I’ve been hard at work on the Yeti…I’ve got the head done but it’s slow going for a couple of reasons. One, I can only work for a short time each day because of the wrist thing and secondly, It’s a bigger doll. No Thumbkin here…he’s a big ‘un.

I am also working diligently on Pimp Stitch and we are launching next week, so it’s getting exciting and hectic! I hope some of you crocheters decide to give embroidery a chance! It’s so much fun and easy…plus I find a new craft is always fun to shake things up, creatively speaking.

Here’s a sneak peak at what bursting from my noggin over there at PS. These guys will be part of a pattern collection I am realeasing there next week.

So never fear, crochet will return soon. I am still hoping that next week I’ll have a Yeti for you! Hang in there guys!!
